To purchase your UBI Telehealth Emergency Rx Pack, click here and answer a few brief medical history questions to ensure you are not allergic to any medications within the pack.

Due to the prescription-only nature of the UBI Telehealth Emergency Rx Pack, it will be at the discretion of your UBI physician, whether the kit will benefit your needs. If your provider has additional questions, they will alert you via chat on the UBI patient portal.

Once a UBI physician reviews your medical questions, your prescription will then be approved and our pharmacy will pack your kit and you’ll be set for whatever comes your way!

Ondansetron

(generic Zofran™)

Anti-nausea medication that treats nausea and vomiting.

2% ointment 22gr

Mupirocin

(generic Centany™)

Antibiotic ointment used to treat skin infections such as wounds, burns, dermatitis, and lesions.

25mg tablet

Promethazine

(generic Phenergan™)

Targets nausea and vomiting. (prescribed in place of Ondansetron if allergy/intolerance).

25mg tablet

Meclizine

(generic Antivert™)

Non-drowsy, targets vertigo and motion sickness without feeling fatigued.

4mg 21-pill dose pack

Methylprednisolone

(generic Medrol™)

Targets inflammation, allergies, and chronic illness.

30mg capsule

Lansoprazole

(generic Prevacid™)

Used to treat certain conditions where there is too much acid in the stomach, aiding in indigestion, heartburn, and stomach and chest pain. (prescribed in place of Omeprazole if allergy/intolerance).

Acetazolamide

(Generic for Diamox™)

Targets altitude sickness; used to treat headaches, nausea, fever and stomach pain due to elevation. (prescribed if going to a high altitude destination).

Bismuth subsalicylate

(generic Bismuth™)

Used to treat diarrhea in adults, while also relieving symptoms of upset stomach, heartburn, indigestion, and nausea.

Dimenhydrinate

(generic Dramamine™)

Used to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting, and dizziness caused by motion sickness.

20mg capsule

Omeprazole

(generic Prilosec™)

Used to reduce the amount of acid your stomach produces, aiding in heartburn, indigestion, and acid reflux.

Diphenhydramine

(generic Benadryl™)

Used to treat mild and severe allergic reactions. Relieves irritated, itchy eyes, runny nose, and sneezing. Can also be used for insomnia.

Note on Antibiotics Included

Your UBI Telehealth medical provider will select one of five antibiotics that would best suit your future needs. Antibiotic options include Azithromycin, Cephalexin, Trimethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole, Ciprofloxacin, and Metronidazole.

All antibiotics are suited to treat general infections such as respiratory infections, ear and throat infections, skin infections, and urinary tract infections (UTI).

Yes! All items included in the UBI Telehealth Emergency Rx Pack are prescription only. You will need to fill out the patient questionnaire in full, which UBI physician will review before prescribing you the your kit.

The medications in your Emergency Rx Pack will have the expiration date printed on them. They will have an end use date valid until one year after purchase.

The UBI Telehealth Emergency Rx Pack is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. The Med Kit is intended for only the adult being prescribed the kit.

There will be an Emergency Guidebook included in your UBI Telehealth Emergency Rx Pack. This will give detailed information of each medication, when to use it, and how to use the medication.
